Internet Lead Management

Internet Lead Management is part of the entire CRM solution and not the sole solution. Votenza’s ILM system provides features necessary to effectively manage internet leads through a process that ends with a paying customer or lost deal.

Wherever the lead originates; Dealer Website, Manufacturer Site or 3rd Party provider site Votenza's system manages and accounts for it. Votenza captures the data, distributes it to the proper rep, automatically sends an AutoResponder reply, alerts the assigned rep AND management that a new lead has arrived. When required, Votenza passes your internet activities to your manufacturer and measures how long it takes for your rep to “stop the clock” with either a phone call or personal email to your customer.

Votenza supports your dealership processes, whatever they may be, with automatic alerts and prompts and even automatic follow up. We can suggest different best practices but in the end, we "support” your dealership's processes.

CRM must be Integral with ILM

The most compelling reason to use an integrated CRM-ILM product is ease of access to all of your customers’ information from a centralized database. You no longer have to look in two (or more) separate systems to manage all your dealership's sales activity.

With Votenza, you monitor all sales activity in a single system including internet leads, current and archived eMail trails, 3rd party leads, notes, phone calls, floor visits, trade-in leads, sold units as reported by the DMS and much more. The result is more employees that are efficient and more satisfied and profitable customers.

Votenza ILM Features that make sense

It seems the ILM systems that internet sales managers and sales reps talk most about are the ones that are constantly offering new must-have “pizzaz features”. (or the one they used at the last dealership they worked at, which is another topic entirely)

For example, some internet sales people feel it is important to add a vehicle video to an email. Is it important to do that?. In most cases, your prospect has already narrowed down her choice to one that you sell. She has probably already taken a test drive (although maybe not from you) and now she simply wants your best price. How many times do you think she will buy from your dealership because the email had a vehicle video?

It's certainly not our intention to minimize technology. Votenza is loaded with gee whiz technology but we don’t believe using cool new tech tools simply because they’re available will be as successful as the plain ole blocking and tackling approach to selling a car using technology as a tool and not as the reason.
